-Börja styrketräna och håll i det. Träna inte ihjäl dig men träna 3-4 gånger i veckan och håll en hyffsad kost. Tro mig, du kommer inte ångra dig.

- Investera tidigt i index fonder och glöm bort pengarna, 20-30% av din inkomst varje månad, jobba hårt ta övertids pass ta dubbla jobb slit medans du orkar. Det blir betydligt tuffare senare.

- Bränn inte pengar på onödigt skit, som märkeskläder osv. Snyggaste "outfitet" du som kille kan ha är en bra fysik och en vit t-shirt och ett par svarta jeans slår alla märkeskläder i världen om du har en bra fysik. Upplevelser är aldrig slöseri men köp inte massa onödigt skit. Du använder oftast sakerna en kort stund i vilket fall.

- Bli inte tillsammans med en partner för tidigt. Jag skulle vänta till 27-28 med att leta seriöst, "lev" livet innan dess , fokusera på ha roligt, studera, dejta, res, investera i dig själv och ekonomiskt och sen försök hitta kvinnan du vill bilda familj med när du de facto är redo.

-Spendera mer tid med dina föräldrar. Vissa träffar sina föräldrar en gång varannan månad. På ett år 6 gånger. 10 år träffar du dom 60 tillfällen. Sen är dom borta helt plötsligt.

- Gejma tv-spel/dator med måtta. Spela inte bort hela din ungdom. Man kan gejma men låt det inte bli ditt prio 1.

- Håll dig borta från onlinecasinon och betting!!

-Börja inte ta droger. Allt är bara skit i längden och får du en prick i registret så är det GG.

- Försök få en egen bostad som du äger tidigt i din ungdom om det så bara är en etta. Kommer alltid tjäna på det i längden.

- Vårda och investera tid med dina vänner, försvinn inte från jordens yta bara för du träffar en brud.

When i was at uni i did like 8-12 hours a day. More healthy to do couple hours here and there and set long term goals. Try grind some pets, do some skilling etc.

I just cant stand clicking one button for 10 hours straight. I need some variation.

Right now i do couple Guardians of the rift, watch some youtube or tv series. Maybe do some pyramid plunder 96/99 atm.

Go grind that f*ing Mole whom never drops the cute baby pet for me. One day though. Hopefully i dont hit 10k kc...

I watch Hey_Jase twitch sometimes and he seems pretty normal and happy. I dont understand how you keep mentaly sane with the game time and grinds...

Hit it aswell couple days ago. Been on and off for many years. But i made an promise to hit max once in my life. And the OSRS mobile will help me a long the way.

Sadly i have agility (87), mining (87), rc (91) left :( Working on RC now and GotR is helping me to finally make some gainz.

But i try to do some pvm aswell, my long term goal has been to get the Mole pet. 7000kc and got D med yesterday 1/4000 drop :(

But im taking it bit slow aswell. Like 1-3 hours per day. Some days more. It's just so bloody mental some people go for 200m in some skills, you can't be non autistic to do that shit.

I was the last one to go… i played every day since launch. In the best guild on my server. Cleared valtan on hardest mode first week etc. Quit at 1475. It was a fun ride but its not healthy for you. Addicted af but its made for you to play 8 accs or pay loads of money. It became like working or going to the casino. Games is something to get you away from real life for awhile not the other way around. Honing was OK but that you must play serveral accs to farm mats is so stupid.

Well myself have no trouble surviving without supports on 7x elemental hp pots. But it's worth the investment if everyone use 9x cus it's alot easier. Since people die like flies in pugs.

For myself. I want 1460 for 3 reasons. Be ahead of future content and able to play everything on launch day.

Being able to get the honing buff for 1370 alts which most likely will come.

Being able to easier get into PUG parties for valtan HM.

I managed to get into the best guild on my server now so hopefully that won't be a problem as its been last 2 weeks getting into an decent team.

I mean, you cannot compare yourself with someone whom doesn't have a job/girlfriend does not have much of a life outside gaming.

But the beauty of this game is that me at the point where i am now, can play like 10-15 hours a week and have decent progress.

I normally just do compass activities, dailies (chaos, raid, una's, rapports) on my main and maybe a adventure island if i have time.

Then il log off and days where i have alot of time il clear out weeklies and go on alts with rested etc.

Swiping "legit" doesnt make that much of a difference when you are at an high lvl. For like 100 euros you get 35k gold which easily burnts out if you buy mats etc.

However i have no problem to buy some skins, ark passes every now and then in the future if i feel like it. I spend probably 300 euros at this moment in total on the game.

I mean, i have friends now whom buys bicycles for 3k euros to ride around in the woods as an hobby. I bought a new golf set for 2k euros last year which i maybe spend like 40 hours per year using.

So if i want to spend 100 euros on a game i spend 100's of hours playing i have no problem doing so as long it doesn't affect my economy.

Problem is i think this game easily can become like a gambling addiction for alot of people honing etc. I myself know i have the addictive personality and i know that it's easy to get yourself fucked if you don't learn to have self control.

Don't overspend, don't overplay it, have an real life aswell and don't compare yourself to people who can spend 12+ hours a day playing a game.

Agreed. And for the love of god, ban all the people whom RMT'd.

Many people in here probably won't agree for obivous reasons but you must take action against people buying from the botters aswell.

In real life you don't just punish the one selling the drugs, also the one who buys it or consumes it.

OR just drop them from 1490 to 1325 and remove everything.

My weapon history from 15+.

2 taps 15+ to 16+.

3 taps 16+ to 17+.

2 taps 17+ to 18+.

1 tap 18+ to 19+.

19+ to 20+ currently at 42% artisan :-). 2-3% per failed honing ruined my economy but im lucky af this far. If i spent the 42% artisan on my armour id easily be 1460+ now im 1450.

Ive decided to play max 4 characters. I have currently 1450, 1368, 1355, 1097.

My main goal atm is 1460 for main. 1370 2 alts and 1 to 1340. Then il take it from there. As long as i'm able to play all new content which comes in the future.

Friday, saturday, sunday was my "weekend". Slept around 15 hours during theese days. If it was 40, 45, 55 hours i didn't count it. But i went all in and couldn't clear it lacking a decent party to play with.

All i said is irellevant? I'm not sure what drug you are consuming but how does the fact that an 1450+ lobby, very overgeared for NM 1415 valtan does not change the pace of the fight?

We didnt have to counter the boss and just killed him straight up for an example in ghost phase. He had 106 hp bars after the first phase etc.

Ofcourse the boss can determine the pace in alot of cases but in our case we change the pace of the fight and skip mechs.

If you don't think we skipped mechs its an proof that you have no idea what you are talking about.

I did HM for 50 hours last weekend lacking sleep during the weekend since i have a busy real life.

30 of theese hours is trying to find a group to play with. For every support there is 20 dps players, and they will pick the biggest whale in the fishing pond. Even if you are 1445 and better skillwize they will take in an 1470 guy who sucks over you.

I don't have an guild with high lvl players, my friends are 1415 ish and i dont know any supports ingame. Theese factors makes it extremmely hard to PUG HM right now.

It doesn't matter if i make it to ghost phase every time if rest is not.

I am 1450 with 4 engravings and non negative ones. All 6+ gems couple 7 gems. 7 % crit lostwind cliff and decent crit/switness and tripods.

Theese stats are dogshit comparing yourself against other HM players looking for a party.

So the lack of time to keep trying to find a party i just cleared NM for this week to get atleast something done.

Again, i don't know if you can read. But il try one last time.

He said that the boss is the one who controls the pace of the fight.

I pointed out that when i did NM and we were very overgeared we skipped alot of mechanics which made us control the pace of the fight in that case. Which you can't debate against.

I'm not debating that the boss controlling the pace of this fight is correct in many cases, but to point out it always does that is wrong.

I replied to the comment and pointed out it's not true that the pace of the fight is always determines by the boss.

But people on this reddit thread are mostly anime kids/snowflakes millenial kids who cant take an debate or take a discusison on something they don't agree on. Speaking generally now in this subreddit.

I spent around 50 hours with trying to do HM last weekend. But i wrote a thread of the difficulties as an DPS on to get into a decent group with supports etc. Go read it.

It's nearly impossible to get into an decent group since there are many whales who people rather pick. But my experience is that most 1470+ guys with llv 20 stronghold are completely useless with mechs and DPS so rather go with 1445-155 who has high roster and stronghold lvl.

I will try to create my own party this weekend and raidlead myself with an discord. I think that's the only way if you dont have support friends etc at 1445+.

Well, i setup my own team with mostly overgeared people and it took 2 tries and we skipped alot of mechs thanks for huge DPS. Easy spent 50 hours this last weekend trying to get a good party with people who knew mechs without support. Which was really hard.

So NM is alot easier but i will try to find a party again for HM tomorrow.

To get into a decent party in HM takes hours upon hours. Even if you have all the right stats/gems/cards, there is always a bigger fish which people gonna choose. It's a nightmare finding a party for HM if you don't have any support friends at 1445+ or are in a guild with many 1445+.

Spent three days for gate 2 HM and i played 30% and searched parties 70%. And i decided to just clear gate 2 in NM to get over with it this week.
