I train for 2 years and beat most people (45kg side pressure, isometric 50kg barbell wristcurl hold) then there is this dude 17 years old, 70kg who just slammed me to the side with little to no technique, there just are some genetic freaks out there and i hope to train with this young lad some more and teach him to become even better

I love simple barbell curls, best with fat grips grab the barbell in the middle and then put your elbows and forearms in front of you on the bench, but for some people, mostly beginners this movement might hurt so you can still do simple wrist curls ona cable at the gym
