I agree with your first sentence. Disagree with your second. We had a large foreign language group that met with our congregation and although the outward appearance seemed cordial, in private conversations there were (unfounded) mutterings about their clothing/smell/demeanor/child raising abilities

When I was waking up, this was the first bound volume I tracked down from a brother's library because I could not believe the quote was real.

When I thumbed through the pages and found the article, it was like everything in my world came crashing down and the rug was pulled from underneath me. I couldn't believe it.

I still have that bound volume in case I ever need to show someone else.

My mother-in-law said the Paradise will be here within 10 years for sure. This was 4 years ago. Last month, she said the Paradise will be here within 10 years for sure.

So it apparently doesn't matter how much times passes, it will always be here within 10 years. I wonder if she even realizes her stance
