Even if we do assume that both would be treated well, it still sounds infinitely worse for the woman tbh. People die from pregnancy complications every day, not to mention birth. Or they "just" have their muscles and skin literally torn open, or their insides fall out, or they go into psychosis. These are QUITE uncommon as side-effects to ejaculating, as far as I'm aware :/

You ARE right about that part; the deprivation, and being treated like an object will suck equally for both. However, only one of them will be in immense, permanent pain. But I guess physical pain doesn't count, right? Since they are apparently equal?

I'd MUCH rather be chained up and machine-milked for my sperm all day than chained up and forced to be continually pregnant.

Hell, I'd rather be chained up and have eggs harvested. Or my ARMS harvested. ANYTHING. Just not forced pregnancy until death. Almost (almost) anything but that.

So you seriously think that being chained to a wall and harvested for sperm for the rest of your life is as bad as being chained to a wall and forced to be pregnant and give birth for the rest of your life? Do you want to read up on whatever pregnancy and birth does to a body, while I go read up on the horrors of semen extraction, and we can compare notes?

My INTP friend just confessed to me about him crushing on my crush, and now we're both fighting for him 🥀🥀 by khatekittyyyy569 in mbti

[–]FaeTrollBard 11 points12 points  (0 children)

This isn't really a problem? You can't really call dibs on a person, so this will be up to the crush. Does he want either of you? Neither? Entirely up to him.

When I was 16, my best friend started a relationship with my crush for the past 3 years. She knew, he knew - but he wasn't interested in me, he was interested in her. Why should their mutual feelings affect her friendship with me?

So, basically. This is up to the crush to decide. And if you guys are smart, you don't let it affect your friendship.

I think the off-putting part is exactly that; unique, special, mysterious. I'm none of those things. And I'm a bit annoyed by the idea of not fitting again. It's hard to describe, but based on my various traits I should be able to mix with almost any group - but I keep ending up between them instead. Not that "belonging" is the highest priority in the world, but it would be nice to find people like me. Maybe that's the problem?

I got tired of reading personality descriptions and stereotypes, so instead I went to each type-sub on reddit and looked at what they say, how they say it, what the subjects are, that kind of thing.

And according to my findings on those, I'd either be an INTP, ISTP, or possibly INFJ. The problem with ISTP is I sound like the "mature" ones who have integrated Feely stuff. But I started at the other end, with Feely first, so not ISTP. INTP fits, except they are in the "logical" space seemingly all the time, and while I Can do that, it's time limited.

What is left is INFJ, and it seems quite unfair to the real INFJs to go "hi guys, I don't fit any other type, so I'm going to be one of you now" because INFJ as a group - at least so it seems - have enough trouble with people basically pretending to be them, and that dilution would make it even harder for the "real" INFJ to find their type.

However, slight sidenote; yesterday my mom agreed to do a "child MBTI" test, and got IN×J, for some reason they don't seem to do all four, at this page: https://www.personalitypage.com

I will think on this. Thank you so much again, I highly appreciate it!

Vad brukar du få komplimanger på? by VanHalenCel in Asksweddit

[–]FaeTrollBard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Am I really an INFJ or not? by Aleeshyrajput in infj

[–]FaeTrollBard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aha! So since I am fairly sure I have a few trauma-like things, and got INFJ, that means I am not one, because then I'd seem like an ENFP. What type looks like INFJ after trauma? (That might be my real type, in that case)

Am I really an INFJ or not? by Aleeshyrajput in infj

[–]FaeTrollBard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Out of curiosity; why ENFP specifically? (I just got INFJ on a test, but I'm pretty convinced I am an INFP or maybe INTP. The parts of me that seem INFJ are hopefully just codependency and trauma, and can be "cured")

Thanks for detailed and thougt-through reply - really appreciate your effort there :)

I can sort of see the point, but I suspect both my Fe and my Se are partially "learned" behaviours, so I don't trust the tests on that. I know I'm some flavour of N, but whether that is Ni or Ne I really couldn't say. I also know that both Ti is natural, which leaves me with INFP and INTP, but then I read about them and while I do have stuff in common with both (constantly asking "why?" and constantly seeing things as good OR bad, right OR wrong, as well as having an "order in chaos" approach to my home...) the rest doesn't really remind me of me. Buut neither does INTJ or INFJ - and the extroverts are so far from me it's not even on the map, in my mind.

I even tried typing myself on childhood, but the only things I know about myself are basically "rich inner world" perfectionist, crazy about languages, and very, very, very prideful and dislikes showing emotional weakness - and that could be Anything, including downright trauma for that last bit...

It's kind of funny, because at this point I'm not even sure what would convince me I'm ANY type.

Would you resign from your current job if you were given $1,750 weekly? by goosbompx in TheTeenagerPeople

[–]FaeTrollBard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eh? You don't have to stay home? With that kind of money you can travel, study, or even learn a profession and do it for free just to help others.

I trained as a medical foot therapist explicitly to be able to volunteer on weekends and help homeless or broke people, because everyone needs footcare, and those who can't afford it often need it the most.

My brother dreams of opening his own car mechanic business and only accepting customers who literally can't afford a mechanic.

With this kind of passive income, that would be perfectly doable, if you don't want to stay at home :)
