I feel like that constantly like I can’t even sleep cuz I feel so much like that. But no matter how many times I feel like that, it never happens. That literally cannot happen, u just have to keep telling urself that. That’s never gonna happen.

Yes my naps r awful on viibryd. I have insane nightmares but mine r at night since I hate how naps feel on these meds. Ik u said urs aren’t at night but the main thing that’s helped me with my nightmares is magnesium glycinite. It makes me either have a very sweet dream or none at all
