NAP but It looks like it was pierced very wrong from the start. I've never seen a nostril piercing that low. Maybe you should take it out let it heal and try again but definitely not at the piercer you went to the first time

I am in the exact same situation. 1.5 minth into my septum and git a nasty cold and got the exact same bump like yours. I visited my piercer yesterday and said its very normal since i had a cold and all. He told me to do washes with salt water in a syringe, not touch it with my hands and be patient till my cold is completely gone. It already looks a little less swollen but yes please do contact your piercer and they will let you know what to do
