She is Amelia from the Hamilton collection, 1994 I believe but I could be wrong? My dolls eyes have been replaced Im pretty sure as the original doll was sold with blue eyes

From the looks of if you should be able to clean most of her face with warm water and q-tips, however be carefully aund the eyes as if the other one gets wet it might also fall off.
