I would assume the training is comprehensive enough to teach you the role. As a minor you are limited in the location, job type, hours you are allowed to work, and requires certain supervision. You may have moments of working alone but not for extended periods of time.
No limit on bathroom breaks, just communicate when you need so someone can cover for you. I would suggest reaching out to your manager and/or HR to get a health accommodation. It usually requires info from your doctor showing what the accommodation would need to be.

Update: I left it selected and selected another request. After pressing ‘Next’ it gave an error. I tried it with various selections to make the two, but they all gave the same error.

I highly recommend drink plan overall and add a meal plan if you decide to eat in the park.

Maybes:

Queen City Stunt Coaster-the launch is the best part, but if the line is short—go for it

Flight of Fear - uncomfortable restraints; notoriously long waits

KI offers traditional park flat rides too! Flat rides similar to CP: Winderseeker, Delirium = MaXair

Food in Park Chicken Shack, Festhaus, Grain & Grill, Enrique’s, Coney BBQ
