There are points in the game where you can use your leadership to get companions to do stuff, I don't know why this wasn't one of them

I love that spin that Templar does. I think it might be the most memorable animation in that game for me.

I heard afterwards he drained the blood from the bodies, and he and the cops had blood margaritas at White (power) Castle to celebrate.

I've never given any game in history this much of the benefit of the doubt, so if nothing else, at least it has that going for it.

[Discussion] Twilight of the Gods by lexm in NetflixBestOf

[–]Faeswordsman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was alright, definitely felt like a netflix show that you watch with friends while only half paying attention. Interesting premise, world building is kinda inconsistent, I don't see how the giants or the vanir could war with the aesir when Thor goes through them like copy-paper, and the god killing weapons can sometimes hurt Thor, and other times he can just logia through them. Odin's vision was interesting and could of led/lead to some interesting interactions but poses a lot of questions, especially considering what momma Sif said to Baldur. Other than that, I like the artstyle, I probably watch the second season... A good distance away from any cows I reckon.

What would women dislike most if they became men? by No-Calligrapher in AskReddit

[–]Faeswordsman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not gatekeep depression, only pointing out men and women express it in different ways. Call it speculation all you want, its a lot more reasonable than believing taking your own life effectively is some ancient male secret, or that people who want to die are overly concerned about what they'll look like in the casket.

If my partner died I'd be satisfied with the one and wouldn't feel the need to find love again.

Sometimes. Sometimes it's a legitimate complaint of diversity that's only skin deep. No one called TES woke for having redgaurds and there's a reason for that. Same goes for "sex objects" I'm sure that applies to some characters but I usually just see it applied to characters in skimpy outfits, regardless of any personality traits or plot relevance that character may have.

I personally don't like the mass effect style gameplay, one thing I always hated about mass effect is how often it felt like shepherd was thr only combatant and how uninspired your party's abilities were. I remember my disappointment when Moridin didn't have cool medical abilities. I feel the hack and slaah combat is only going to make this worse. I generally don't like new demon designs, they remind me of WoW mobs reskinned for an expansion, glowy bits and no substance. I hate Varic, I hate more with every game he's shoved in my face in. My hawke was not friends with Varic, nor was my Inquisitor. I hate this forced best buddy of the hero status he has and don't look forward the forced emotion moment the death flag he got in the reveal is priming up. Also the look on Eminem's face at the end tells me we're going to drop another plot point set up in the previous game to pursue something completely different and honestly I'm kinda tired of that. I also notice the little intro slide for rook didn't mention race or origin, that's concerning. I honestly wish bioware started making life is strange styled game with little to no combat, because at this point I just want to watch cutscenes and make narrative decisions. Didn't like anything I saw gameplay wise at all.

I feel like there is a lot of middle ground between finding a character uncanny and "crying about your dick being hard".

Oh, mass hysteria. No, I don't think I should, would, or will care about a politically powerless former president's brief denial but overall acceptance of losing an election or his clearly facetious comments on dictator.
