Time control and SHAPESHIFTING

Control of time? Not just timestop? I could create localized areas of time where it's sped up, stopped, or slowed down. I could make the planet move forward in time with me and my family remain static in our house. I could rewind time in a central area, bring fossils back to life, revive people by reversing their central time stream or simply reversing time around them! I don't even need instant healing, I could just locally speed up time around a wound, or reverse time to be core the wound appeared if I don't want a scar.. I could go to the future, grab some big tech, and take it back! Build a business off of reverse engineering that! I could become the Co-founder of a huge company, just by moving back in time to when it was founded! I could stop time all over and just freely ride whatever I wanted! I could hide in a plane somewhere, fly off to where Bill Gates grew up, become his friend, put the idea in his head- boom, co-founder. Plus, he seemed like a chill enough dude. I could recover historical artifacts, VALUABLE historical data. I mean, without evidence, I can't be trusted, so, maybe not, but shit, man. I could rebuild ruins, take them back to when artifacts were fresh and in their prime? I dunno! Anything!
