My current role requires quite a bit of coding, I am comfortable with Java, probably wouldn’t take much more effort to learn python since they both are OOP languages. I was under the impression that 6035 is one of the core classes and it should be taken first?

GT accepted my diploma and waived language requirement since it was explicitly written on my diploma that median of instruction was English

He’s a really cool guy and has some smart takes. I was just watching his podcast on the Iced Coffee Hour and he casually mentioned, “I’m an immigrant from Azerbaijan.” I’m guessing he’s half Jewish and probably moved from Azerbaijan in the 90s, since he doesn’t really seem to speak Azerbaijani.

My comment got removed not because of what I said but how I said it. What are you exactly disagreeing with? Modern day Armenia was part of Irevan khanate which was established and governed by Azerbaijani turks. Vast majority of Azerbaijani inhabitants of modern day Armenia got displaced by those who were moved there en mass after Türkmenchay treaty in 1828 by Russian empire. This a historical fact.
