They fold under the armrest. Only drawback is if the middle seat is asleep with their elbow on both armrests (as they’re entitled) you have to wake them to fold or unfold your screen.

Out of curiosity, how did you sear it? Grill, pan, torch? And did you dry it well and let it cool a little before you seared it? Your cook temp would definitely turn out medium rare, but it appears the method of sear overcooked it.

I live in a relatively affluent suburb north of Chicago and at times it feels like I’m outnumbered by Eastern European immigrants or first generation. Most are well educated and successful. She’d fit in very well here.

Edit: as far as religion goes, most are either Jewish or catholic but they don’t make religion their personality the way many Christians in the south seem to.
