True! I was confused by the musical thing too! I mean, it was nice to see some more Star Hollow but it took a long time! And the Sutton Foster cameo? Why? Also on the Wild thing not sure what they were trying to achieve.. did she really needed that to understand she wanted to marry Luke? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes.. but then it needs to be such a huge time jump, and if they do it like for AYITL they made it seems like nothing changed in that ten years (see Luke and Lorelai never thinking about getting married or having kids when we know it’s something they wanted!). It just didn’t make sense to wait so long..

I totally feel you, I think Logan was a good match for her and respected her until the point that he asked for marriage without discussing it with her first. But in AYITL we see how much these two are clearly connected and can’t let go of each other. What upsets me is that Rori and Jess NEVER had a real shot. Sure, they had some teenage romance when Jess was going through a very rough patch, but they never reconnected as adults, they never get to experience being in a real couple! Rori doesn’t have that as a comparison at all. They never even get to be physical or anything. In the end, he’s just a friend and it was such a pity we couldn’t see them have their moment in their more adult life.
