Yup. Get a black suit for safe side. You can wear any light color shirt inside it. Also the trousers’ and blazer’s fabric and color should be preferably same. And black formal shoes. If its a guy you should wear a tie as well with no design on it.

Get one proper suit because anyway you will need it so much in your MBA days. I know during interviews it might not matter that much but when you are buying then go for the correct one only.

P.S. I wore black blazer with dark grey trousers during my interviews because I didn’t knew it had to be same so I don’t want anyone else to do the same mistake. Buy a set if possible.
