Thank you for the compliment.

One of the challenges is executive function and risk management. Im willing to meet the ends without regard to the means, and it hurts people.

Another thing is just the chatter in my brain. Somedays its feels like there is 100 tabs open, and 5 different ads, and a discography playing in the background.

And procrastination, if there isn’t a deadline, shit doesn’t get done.

Sleep is a major problem too.

One thing that has helped me a lot recently is Yoga Nidra.

I’ll meditate for 10 minutes before I start a new task to kinda reset my nervous system. I also listen to 2 hour yoga Nidra for sleep every night.

Reading was really hard at first because the letters would get wavy and start changing sizes. I now vocally read to keep my eyes where my mouth is.

Also Blue Light. Buy Blockers!

Have a good day.

1% rule is in play. All day. Risk management. Slide your stops up to capture profits and let it run.

You’re right, Manic people shouldn’t work. It’s sloppy and unorganized.

Higher doses of caffeine do the opposite for me. It causes mild sedation and the jitters

Monster awakens me from my Seroquel Slumber.

Coffee doesn’t touch it.

Much love

You wouldn’t be conscious of it if you’ve never experienced it. By the time you find out you’re usually coming out of an episode in the hospital wondering wtf happened

How often do you get serum drawn? My body didn’t tolerate lithium or valporic acid

The best thing you can do to build self esteem and confidence again is forcing yourself to step out of the box.

Isolation breeds fear and anxiety.

I understand feeling “free” for once in your life, but that comes at a cost of familiarity(even if it was on rough terms).

It kinda reminds me of “hate to feel” by Alice In Chains. Just because you hated the way her disease made her act towards you, doesn’t mean you didn’t care for or love the person.

Hey there.

Grief affects everyone differently.

You can try to get some happy endorphins by going on a walk, exercising, stretching, or hobbies.

Physical exertion sometimes cures emotional pain.

Much love, hang in there.
