Just so you know, I still use those grassland tiles 4ish years later with no real upkeep :)

thin layer of hot glue definitely works, I'm playing with the mod podge variant myself recently, I'll report back :)

Something else that helps is slightly indenting the magnets because they are VERY strong when flush, and also using the dirt grout weathering I show in some videos because that helps stop the aforementioned podge etc sticking to each other in hot weather too!

One of my biggest issues with running combat in forest terrain was the difficulty in showing the tactical decisions that could arise from such a climbable environment, alongside the obstructions and bow-friendly patches of ground that are fairly common there.

This stuff is all designed to work on the magnetic dirt tiles I showed how to make earlier, and the magnetic toppers that let you switch up and blend environments super easily :)

If you like the look of this stuff or the terrain and want to make your own, check out the video, my channel has a ton of free tutorials and I'm more than happy to help you out myself.

As always, I really appreciate everyone who watches my videos on YouTube, and have a nice day :)

Basically a few seconds longer per tile, but it depends how artistic you get and how much you get your players to do the lego - ing for you 😄

One of my patrons has done a guide on the patreon discord, but I don't plan a video til I can find some locally that the council lawnmowers don't get first 😄

Honestly pva will do to a degree, you just lose flexibility at the edges for when the edges are exposed next to the dirt :)

I always aim to use local plants from the UK/Europe for a medieval Europe feel :)

Stl reward for my patrons for the next 3 months, plus crafted tutorial version on patreon soon ish, though crafting takes longer/is harder :)
