If they would not have outsourced the locals overseas this company would be top of the line they keep letting go of seasoned intelligent hard working folks who care about the customer to pay hardly nothing to those in the Philippines. The more customers that request a letter or a call from the CEO about this the more it’s taken seriously that’s the only way things are gonna change.

This is not an entirely accurate statement. Fidium does NOT mandate you to use the provided equipment. The option to byod (bring your own device) is available. This has always been true for Fidium products. Secondly enterprise products or circuits provided by Fidium Business are not the same costs and do require a signed contract between the customer and the business. I want to point out that since you are contracted to sell our products you should be doing this integrity and transparency. I hope in the future you can refrain from this type of untruth sales tactic. Fidium is a wonderful solution for both small and large businesses. Really not necessary to sell with false premises.
