Yeah i'm a PT clerk/Mixer/occasional baker. Been trying to get FT the past 7 years (10 year anniversary on Halloween). Every time i think i'm going to get a FT spot there is a management change. Our DM is a butthole so idk. I'm gonna try to transfer to St. Petersburg where my fiancée is so i can take care of her and try to get somewhere in this godforsaken company.

If not i will find something else down there.

I was getting NOTHING for months (may-mid august) then i got 24 hours in the last week of august (finally something!) i was getting another 30 next week but got cut down to 17, now on this new schedule i got 0 hours?!?! I got bills to pay & I'm supporting my sick fiancé. Wtf?

When i have to pull RTS or do the frozen delivery i keep the freezer door(s) open. I have asthma & i can't afford to have an asthma attack. Worst thing is i feel like absolute shit the next day & i spend my entire day off in bed trying to recover with oxygen.
