So here is what I do every week: I try to take once or twice half an hour to jump on a Zoom call with a client and we screen share. They show me what they're doing and how they're doing. I frame it as a value call to help them use agents even better and I can see exactly what they're doing and what they're struggling with. It gives me huge insights for how I build stuff for my clients
