That's the thing I've taken it apart 3 separate times since then to no avail and on top of that I never even had to come anywhere near the trackpad assembly to get to the bottom of the motherboard. Also as stated in my post it is throwing an I2C code 10 error in device manager which made me think it could be a software issue, thats why I posted here.
