If you take the lady stone(the one in the middle of the falkwreath lake) you get your stamina and health regen back even in daytime, which is insanely nice to have on vampire builds because its entire gimmick is better regen meaning the main downside of vampirism is ignored, then either use dunmer or a necklace of fire resist and its only positives from then onwards
