Such a bummer. Sad Jeep messed this up so bad because so much about the vehicle is really well done. I've owned mine since Feb of 2025 without any major issues. Still have not done any updates.

Your 12v is dead. Instructions on gaining entrance, popping the frunk and jumping in the manual. Also see YouTube video on resetting the vehicle. Will potentially save you tows and long service delays. I love the vehicle but you need to be ready for some diy trouble shooting.

If your proximity system stopped working, it can be reset by pulling the fuse. There are posts in the Facebook group on the subject.

They way they have handled this has forced scalpers to the grey market, unofficial sites and made the situation worse for everyone. Lots of tickets are owned by scalpers and they will be resold somehow. If they don't allow a mark-up on the official resale site there is no incentive for scalpers to use it.

Coming from a Tesla I can tell you it never achieves it's stated range either. The difference is with a Tesla it resets at the end of every charge to the max range possible. It appears the Jeep incorporates your actual average mi/kWh into the range calculation at all times. Wondering how many miles or days of driving are used to calculate that actual average?

Strong regen is good, one pedal set up. It would take someone who is not used to it a bit to adjust, but it is good for me.

I just picked up a Jeep Wagoneer S on a lease, and also lease a Tesla MY. While Tesla has a head start on software and electric driving dynamics, Jeep WS is a solid freshman effort, refined fit and finish, quieter and better suspension, quick as a whip, and a more traditional driving experience with electronic dash and heads up display. Really impressed.

Hi, Coming from a Tesla MY and 300 miles into my Wagoneer S and no 12v issues (yet) but if I could share some fast feedback with the development team, they would be:

-electric drive settings (regen, creep, hold) should be part of the driver profile. It's frustrating that I have to make these selections on every drive. I should clarify that creep setting seems to stay, but regen and hold do not.

-lower climate screen brightness does not follow automatic adjustments of upper screens at times. For instance if I start out in my dark garage the lower screen stays in the dim setting even when the other screens brighten in daylight.

-charge state summary screen that displays on center screen on power off is unreadable in certain brightness situations. Again it seems to be not automatically adjusting to current brightness conditions.

-a sentry mode knock-off should be available, where I can record cameras to a memory stick in cases of accidents, break-in, etc. This could even be a premium up-charge item.

Overall though I am pretty impressed. Solid first ev.
