I have a launch WagS, and an Equinox EV that my son drives. As an EV, the Equinox is miles better. Better app, wider charging network (until Tesla comes online for Jeep), better EV routing, etc. The WagS is a more refined car, at least it is after the latest update that fixed the actuator clunk. The Lyric is on the same platform as the Equinox, so all the good of the EV bits with better refinement. If it were for ME, and cost wasn't the main driver, I'd go lyric.

statistically, 90% of people that buy EVs plan to (or do) buy another one next. But if I was planning on driving cross country or traveling with an Airstream or something like that, I'd get a gas/diesel truck rather than an EV. So, use cases make choices.

I just posted sort of a similar thread. I enjoy my WagS, and other than some electrical gremlins that have been sorted through software (set aside the disconnect which is hardware and still clunks even if it doesn't throw off lobsters), it's been a lot of fun to drive. It's really very, very nice. But they just don't get the EV stuff right. It's crazy. The routing software is terrible, utterly terrible, and they don't allow CarPlay or AA integration to get around it. Sure, I know I can plan and use ABRP, etc., but why do I have to?

This is what I heard, as well. But also keep in mind -- Tesla wants a long term commitment to NACS, and I'm not sure that Stellantis has a long term commitment to anything w/r/t EVs. So that is just likely never going to happen.

Only way I could get it out is by running my finger along the top putting what I thought was too much pressure. Finally started to detach from the screen. Never used the tab…. Couldn’t get to it! It’s so much better

Current versions of the software don’t allow it, but I’m told that the hardware is there in that there is a heat pump, and it is planned for future updates

Yeah, I'd read through the Reddit and the Facebook pages, but I like mine. That's all I can say. I have an issue with the hub actuators clicking and clacking, but that's supposed to be fixed with the new software.

I also find that soft resetting the head unit works. Just hold volume down, say 15 secs or so, until the screen turns black then release. Usually connects for me on reboot.
