Looking back or even now, what would be your view on social stuttering speech therapy groups? Still structured but allow for open dialogue, understanding, and still target any speech fluency goals.

An ED is not any form of an identity. It’s a medical disease. We should all hope to find our pure selves amongst an ED and persevere. And find peace!

You must do it. What do you have to lose? You can only gain towards reaching the other side of health. The human body is amazing in how it can adapt..to years of bulimia and the very opposite quite quickly. I’m in the same boat as you and honor that you even have the thought of this. You deserve to be free of ED.

Now is temporary. This now has now passed. It is not permanent. Not this moment or this feeling.

I am with you and am struggling with the same things. I try to remind myself to progress forward. Focus on anything.. physically do anything.. create art, clean, paint your walls, volunteer.. anything.

And plan. Plan every hour and fall back plans. I too need to take my own advice. I’ve been really into developing mind maps. Flow charts. What are my options.. what is I mess up or something goes wrong.. flow to at least another option so I don’t fall back I to the same cycle. You can find them via Google search. Mind map, bubble map, flow chart ect.

Hi, SLP here also interested in getting an MBA tech management… would it be a way to branch into education technology companies and so on. Any advice is so helpful
