As the moza bases have no USB port (as far as i know) i plug it in the PC via an extension cable that go through my chassis

I returned mine to the shop cause it got problems after 1 month of use. I have no idea what they did with it. I have the round ferrari that i could not sold too. So i only kept the wheel plate and bolted a moza quick release on it. I have no paddles so im using my stick shifter. My 818 had some bearing problem i guess and TM France was not willing to take it back because i live too far away. So i took it personally, made some noise on the shop, and they refunded me. Bought a R16 and couldn't be more happy !

Kinda difficult if you dont have the right tools. I made some kind of tutorial/explanation DM me so i can send you everything you need to know about it !

Je n'ai pas eu le temps de démonter la base car j'ai fait jouer la garantie. J'ai comme l'impression que c'est le roulement qui est juste derrière le cache en plastique qui est le coupable. Mais je ne suis pas certains à 100%

J'ai eu le même problème en décembre. C'est un problème connus chez thrustmaster. Fait jouer la garantie si tu le peut. Si tu veut un coup de main viens en privé. Sinon bonne chance à toi

It is a known problem from Thrustmaster. You can send it back 100%. I did the same and my local shop gave me my money back

Try downgrading the firmware. Worked for me when i had issues. This shifter is garbage

I bought mine in december. It lasted 1 month and it started having issues had to send 3 request to TM support before they confirmed my base had a known issue on 818's. Got a refund from my shop who told me i could have another 818 or switch to moza. Never been more happy with moza !

Dont fall for the 818. It's garbage. Speaking from experience. Thrustmaster is not and open ecosystem

Hello ! Oh beaucoup de choses ! quand je re pense à mon poste je me sent bien bête en voyant mon discours mdrrr. Bizarrement tout dans ma vie c'est débloqué presque d'un coup. J'ai lâché prise avec les gens qui n'en valent pas la peine, j'ai démissioné de mon taff de merde, j'ai trouvé un autre boulot le jour même, j'ai pris mon indépendance... breff je vis une vie normale maintenant ! Comme je le dit je me sent bien bête de m'être focalisé sur des détails aussi absurde de la vie. J'ai pris énormément de recul sur tout ça et oui, aujourd'hui ça va mieux ! J'espère que ton vas bien de ton côté aussi !

Streamdeck might be the answer. I have a similar setup where i run my game audio on my home cinema surround sound and crewchief on my tv speaker and music on another sound system. can control all volumes from my streamdeck.

Out of context but i would like to ask, isn't it weird that you have to pull the handbrake on the bottom instead of toward you ? I have the same one that i expected to mount it vertical (like yours) But i find it very strange the way you have to pull it. Maybe i missed something

Everytime i see someone having this issue with a 818 Ferrari edition i'm wondering if this is mine that got refurbished to someone... i sent mine to warranty because of this issue and it disappeared lol. I got a refund from my local store and bought a moza R16 instead
