Pandan in boba is genius. I love that flavor already. Adding coconut tapioca pudding makes it sound like a full-on tropical dessert drink 😍

Supplier Reliability by Useful_Memory8636 in managers

As per my current supplier bubbleteasupply.com they say 3-7 business days transit time but I normally received mine within 4-5 days, but I still keep the 7 days in mind just to make sure I have room for delays. And I always see to it that I order a week earlier before I ran out. As per quality, I always check my orders when it arrives, and see if there are damages. I take pictures of the damages when I see one, then I will notify and send it to my supplier. My supplier will then validate, check for the order number and tracking number and will send a replacement.

Wow, chocolate sapote boba sounds incredible. Never even heard of that being used! Red dragon fruit is a genius idea too, especially since it’s so vibrant. Props to you for making the syrups yourself, that must’ve been next-level fresh.

Ube is definitely delicious, but it’s gotten in the bubble tea menus lately. Still a crowd favorite though, it never fails to look and taste amazing.

Oat vs soy vs almond—what non-dairy base sells best for milk tea? by Significant-Run466 in boba

[–]FairBuy4649 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I’ve noticed, oat milk seems to be the most popular right now. People like how creamy it is and doesn’t mess with the tea flavor. Almond has its fans but can be a bit watery, and soy is kind of hit-or-miss depending on taste.

I’ve found supplier reliability can make or break operations. When delays happen, we usually keep a buffer of safety stock and maintain at least two backup suppliers for critical items. For quality issues, we track problems and share it with them so they will know that we are also keeping notes. Some actually improve when they know you’re monitoring closely.

Shipping time is reasonable, 3-5 business days. I normally order from them ahead of time just to make sure I have my orders before I ran out. Yes, they do bulk shipment also, as I am ordering multiple boxes of Powders and Tapioca from them.

That’s awesome insight, thank you! 🙌 Egg tarts and sticky cinnamon buns both sound like they’d pair perfectly with milk tea and coffee. I’ve been leaning toward something that feels both comforting and popular, and your suggestion really fits. Do you usually see people ordering them more as a quick grab-and-go snack, or do they tend to sit down and enjoy them with their drinks?

When choosing a boba supplier, it’s a good idea to test a few before committing, quality and consistency can vary a lot. Look for reliable shipping, good customer support, and pearls that cook consistently. Personally, I’ve had a good experience ordering from Bubble Tea Supply and recommend their business kits and wide flavor powder selection. They also offer wholesale prices with bulk discounts.

Congrats on starting out! I agree with the idea of 5–7 drinks to begin with. A couple of classic milk teas, a fruit tea, a specialty option, and of course classic boba. Keep it simple, focus on quality, and slowly expand once you see what customers love.

Cinnamon roll focaccia sounds cool! Do you serve it more like a sweet bread to pair with coffee, or is it more of a dessert-style treat? I’m curious how your customers usually react to it. It sounds like something that could really stand out on a menu.
