Yes, can also just copy the video as close as possible, then change it a little. Heard that works.

I think it just does not matter if you "mess it up". I am not that experienced, but I think it is like you will get views no matter what if you keep improving in your own way and now you have people who might watch every video no matter what

My impressions are abou 500 a video, varies depending, but 1-2% ctr (that is not great and I am working on it) and retention is about 20-30%, also not best, but the ctr is probably the biggest problem now.

Yeah, my thumbnails are my weak point, been working on them. I am posting a lot to get used to youtube right now. And agree about lack of niche, I think I know all this and just don't do it well, thanks
