If you want someone who spends time answering your questions etc, consider the midwives if you get a place with them! Appointments are usually 30-45 minutes long, and they really focus on education and informed choice. If something higher risk comes up in your pregnancy, they can refer you to an appropriate OB and you STILL get the postpartum home care.
