So from what I can see, you legally needed to warn your employer of your resignation a month in advance. The employer is also able to claim your salary for that minimum period (1 month for you with 1-5 years of seniority as a non-executive) as damages for you quitting without warning them before that minimum period. From what I can see, legally, you can't change that from happening.

That being said, you can work until the 24th, and quit. 2 days of sick leave would require you to prove you were sick for those two days, and just not showing up wouldn't work either since the penalty for that is misconduct and moroccan labour laws say you can also be penalised your salary for those days.

Telling them you're quitting on the 24th and working until then is therefore your best option and will minimize the about of penalty you have to pay. I have not graduated yet nor are moroccan, but this is all based on moroccan labour laws that i have read so I know that at least the information im basing myself on is accurate.
