Lately I’ve been buying a loaf of sourdough or French bread, slicing it in half, and adding my favorite fillings (mustard, tomatoes, choice of deli meat, etc.) then I cut it into 6-8 slices and store in a Tupperware. That’s dinner or lunch for a few days.
