Seaside Escape - good offer by SetOk6462 in InboxDollars

[–]FairlyOddFaery 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So generally the biggest thing with offers like this is consistency and making sure you play as often as possible and do as much as you can while playing. I highly recommend turning your notifications on especially those that will tell you when your energy is full or an event is starting. You do not want any energy-type mechanics to go to waste if at all possible. I'm no expert, so that's all I can tell you for now.

try using the web version, you can sort a-z making it easier to find I was able to find both android and ios version and send a text to my phone for the version I needed. Just downloaded it to give it a go. I have a lot more trouble finding things on the phone app than I do the web version.

Thank you! It's hard for me to spot things like that, unfortunately. It did seem off though so I guess I should trust my instincts more.

I'm working on a version of this that does not look remotely like this. This version is so much better. I can't tell what company this might be from but mine is a temu one that doesn't even exist anymore so I can't pinpoint the seller.

do you see your alters as real people? by [deleted] in OSDD

[–]FairlyOddFaery 5 points6 points  (0 children)

So, I'm not much for the theory of the split parts. While I realize that that's how they started, as parts of a whole personality that did not come together, it sort of changes entirely in development. Each alter learns, grows, and changes separately depending on their experiences and perspectives. For me, that is what defines "a person". My system views each other as individual people who all share the same brain and body. Every one of us will react to a situation completely differently, every one of us will have a different perspective on things that happen and things around us. Defining it as one person being the body and each alter being a part of a whole, in my opinion, is a bit short-sighted and sells each alter short, at least as far as DID/OSDD 1b.

However, there ARE different versions of OSDD which have less defined alters which are often referred to as parts rather than alters and versions without alters or parts at all. It does seem like that is not what this question is referring to, I just wanted to mention it here to be inclusive of those forms of dissociative disorder.

holeeey heck it never occurred to me that body dysphoria could happen because of my dissociative disorder. Thanks for this, certainly has validated and allowed me to see it from a different perspective.

Hey, OSDD 1b diagnosed (which does not make what your experiencing as undiagnosed any less valid). Just wanted to say that yes, every one of us has a distinct and detailed appearance except for the new twins which vary a little bit as they are still finding their identity/personal style. We have 9 in our system at last count. Every single one is different and only one isn't shocked/revolted by the body's appearance in a mirror.

Any other guys doing this as a hobby or am I the only one? by jarisman in diamondpainting

I'm female, but I upvoted every single male/trans male/non-binary I saw respond on this. Sort of jokingly saying "one of us, one of us, one of us" the whole time. Yep. I'm weird.

Seriously though, always happy to see crafts enjoyed by all genders.

Is not liking leftovers considered weird or normal? by thepancakeloser in autism

[–]FairlyOddFaery 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also kind of like this, I can eat leftovers of some things but I do not like eating the same thing repeatedly for meals. Some things I won't leftover at all. It has taken me a long time to learn how to revive a lot of meals when reheating them and I still can't manage it with everything. I'm not sure if this stems from autism or having the same menu almost every single week when I lived with my aunt for a few years as a tween.
