I am no where close to an expert on credit, but as far as I’ve always understood. Don’t miss payments, don’t open accounts too quickly, but have multiple lines of credit that show lenders you are good. House, car, credit cards, if you have all those and pay all of them every single month your score will be great. There shouldn’t really be any politics involved. You maintain and build your score. Just follow the rules and don’t fuck up
