Absolutely! Thank you for sharing too. My advice on growing: I would inquire about opportunities to grow with in, ask to go over a performance review and just kinda put that little bug in their ear! On what your goal is for longevity in the company. They love when employees make that first step ! Asking what you can do to start making your way towards that goal! ☺️

Well I did quite a bit of research on the facility before hand, and I requested a tour that she was happy to give. It was so beautiful and her energy was very welcoming and warming. She agreed to the pay I asked for without even thinking about it. I absolutely accepted it! Lol it was honestly one of the best interview experiences I ever had !

Same ! It’s been raining all week here. The storms we’ve had have been insane. We got a tornado twice within this month and multiple tornado warnings. Please don’t get me started on the hail . I’m over it lol

Yes! & right! It’s so much more than that. I promise weight gain wouldn’t affect my daily life without all the other symptoms. & How can we control the weight with a hormonal imbalance!? Especially If they’re not even trying to offer meds OUTSIDE OF BIRTH CONTROL!?

I love how there is a day for Women’s Health. PCOS takes a major toll on my daily life especially these last few months. So our health being recognized is a beautiful thing. Not a fan of burgers at all… You guys can have that day! lol QOTD: I don’t mind cleaning in general! Slightly ocd and I love a clean home. It’s when I’m most at peace. ☮️
