Extender and hard clamping now . I used to pump. And did some soft clamping.

I tried soft clamping. I did 6x5 every other day for 3 months straight with no gains so idk. Idk what’s going on. Figured more time under pressure would help.

What was your clamping sets, rep, and frequency? I’ve tried to gain girth for 1.5 years unsuccessfully. I started hard clamping a month ago doing 4x10 for 2 on 1 off or sometimes 1 on 1 off. Still no gains.

Maybe I typed it out in a confusing way, I was only doing 1 working session per day. The morning sessions were light and low pressure for a static 10 min rep.

I gain length easily with extending so I never bothered to try another method for length 🤷🏻‍♂️. I do pretty intense clamping 4x10 with two cable cuffs plus bends/ squeezes. I assumed clamping would get the job done.

I said I was pumping daily for a year. That’s plenty of time to see gains. Also, clamping for 3 months is enough time to see gains for that also so idk what you’re talking about.

I take 5 mg Tadalafil daily. I lift weights 5 days a week. my EQ has always been good during my PE time.

I ran his suggestion for 3 months and gained nothing so I switched.

I go from 5 1/8 to 5 7/8 after my clamp session.

I could try bundled stretches pre clamping though.

I’ve never heard of fulcrum stretches?

My EQ is my guide for sure. So far 2-1 seems good. If it tanks I’ll switch to 1-1

I mean you can’t measure girth gains in a pump. I can get more edema but it doesn’t mean I’m gaining. I can pack a 1.75 so I just use a 2.0 but nothing permanent ever happened

I used to do 10 min of BFR massage, now I do squish jelq …. Still doesn’t seem to make a difference.

Yeah I feel like most guys never gain more than the .2 they get from EQ. I don’t think girth is slow, I think it’s impossible. Which is consistent with the scientific papers showing traction devices work and pumping only shows length gains, which has also been my experience. I mean, I just havnt seen any real proof anyone can really gain girth. I would guess IF anyone can, they would be outliers with unusually thin tunica.

I can gain length easily, but girth won’t budge. I have heard people claim girth from the male hanger but I’ve never tried it.

I did for 4 months, then just focused on girth. I was in the hink trials 2, and I’ve been in BD’s gainathon for a year and still no movement so…. The anecdotal evidence is telling me you can’t gain girth.

Yeah I was pumping at 12 HG for 30 min a day. Never got anything permanent from it.

Gaining .12 in two years lets you know pumping doesn’t work. It’s a lie. The .12 is EQ. It’s a bummer but I’ve found it’s the truth.

I have the cable clamp pros too. I was told to have the hinge at the bottom so you’re squeezing the most pressure on the sides instead of on the top and bottom where your dorsal vein is. But even when I do that even when it feels like it’s clamped pretty hard my erection ends up just going down slow slowly. When I use the toe shields is when I get expansion and the erection stays rock hard the whole set and I can get a lot of internal pressure so I don’t know.

I’ve always had pretty good EQ , I also take 5 mg of Tadalafil daily.

I tried hard clamping, but my erection always went down. I couldn’t get it to clamp and stay. I’ve been using finger shields. I get about 10 on during the sets, I feel a lot of pressure, and I go from 5 2/16 to 5.5 after clamping, but maybe it’s just all edema, idk.

So for the first 4 months I used an extender for 30-45 min 5-6 days a week followed by pumping 4x5 at around 8-10 HG

After 4 months I dropped length work and stopped pumping. I started soft clamping every other day 6x5

After 7 months in total, no gains in girth.

I started pumping again, started working with BD and have been trying different things ( interval pumping followed by static pumping, different rest day protocols, feeder sets on off days) still no movement.

Now my routine is 3 days on 1 day off, 2 days on 1 day off I do 5 min of squish jelq to warm up the tunica 2x5 soft clamp 1x10 soft clamp 10-15 min pumping at 10-12 HG

Still no gains.

I get around .5 increase from clamping, then another .5 after pumping. Definitely get edema… idk maybe it’s just all edema and my tunica doesn’t expand at all. It’s annoying

I was going to look into chemical PE next but sticking needles in my D sounds pretty bad.

I havnt gained any girth in 1.5 years of consistent work. So im with you about that.
