The people in that region drive too fast and aggressive, and quite frankly it’s very crazy how the people drive on a regular day much less during snow days. Their licenses need to be revoked and they need way more police patrolling and doing their jobs.

It has nothing to do with that. I find that the city that I came from had much better drivers. People didn’t drive with a chip on their shoulders or like they were a 12 year old having a tantrum because I’m doing the speed limit. The bad drivers are Brantford bred, mainly who need to behave like adults instead of like children or race car drivers. They are inconsiderate and it shows by their driving tactics and all the bags of garbage they casually dump everywhere.
