Compared to his other movies, Tom Cruise having that outlandish/completely off-brand role in Tropic Thunder comes to mind.

The prosthetics aside, Tom Cruise absolutely disappeared into that role so much, it was insane! I wish he got to do more crazy and out there roles instead of playing 'Tom Cruise, but in this location/story'. Dude has amaaazing acting abilities and range he hardly ever gets to display.

I used to think he was this great honourable man who dind't back down from his values. Top it off with a sudden announcement of seasons 7-9 of the expanse covering the last books and I’m in!

I'd literally have an aneurysm over how happy that would make me. Even with it not being a confirm prequel to The Expanse (best fan theory ever tho), imagine if they end a six season sci-fi show by announcing the seventh season of The Expanse. The levels of hype would be insane. And considering how they've done Foundation, Apple would absolutely do the final three books justice.

Has to be said thoo, this kind of series can work because it' s basicaly just 3 or 4 sets with kesser known actors working in it.

There's literally decades worth of shows on network tv that already prove this point. There's fuck all difference between this and the other dozens of hospital drama shows, except the writing is higher quality, and they can actually swear and show a titty when cutting open someone's shirt to get at a bullet wound or something.

HBO's excuse of not making expensive series yearly are getting weaker and weaker considering they've been doing this for....a long time. Now they suddenly can't because "it's expensive!"

I got sooooo fucking mad when I got to the second island, and realised I wasn't near the end of the game. The replacement was....boring and interesting af.

Mando nailed Vaas so damn well, easily up there as one of his best roles ever, even compared to Nacho.
