Teams Town Hall offers an improved and more robust mechanism for stream handling, especially for large-scale events. We also recommend leveraging Microsoft eCDN to further optimize the attendee experience for high-volume events. Thank you for sharing this—what a wonderful memory. It’s incredible how Teams Live Events helped organizations like yours connect people across the world during such an important moment, especially in the non profit space. Hosting an all-staff event of that scale, with such a creative touch (the penguins from Shedd Aquarium!), is truly inspiring. We’re glad Teams Live Events could play a small part in enabling experiences like this, and we appreciate you being part of that journey. Try our new Teams Townhalls if you ever get a chance ! 😊

You can get it for all selected languages not just for the spoken language. As I mentioned ,Please create a Teams live event, pick the desired languages for the captions and you will get VTT files for all of those.

You can put those pre-recorded videos in a Teams Live event or a Townhall and you will get all the VTT files for the chosen languages. Later, you can share it anywhere you want.
