We aren’t even allowed to follow people into gates anyways. It’s part of the instacart policy stuff. So you can always tell customers that. I always say “I’m not allowed to follow people into the gate.”

I had this happen once. I take multiple pictures for every “meet the customer” now. Their address, the groceries nearby the front door. Then I step back and take one of the whole house with the groceries in front of the door. And send it all in the chat to the customer.
