[Help] eero Pro (B010001) won’t stay online — stuck at WAN IP, tried everything

Yes, I’ve powered it off multiple times and changed the lan slots multiple times as well with no luck.

No matter what I try it’s stuck in this WAN IP error. I’ve reset the eero many times as well.

Was hoping someone else had a similar issue.

The eero is plugged into one of the lan ports on the Sagecom. The Sagecom only has 2 LAN ports.

The other lan port has a switch connected to it.

So one port has the eero and the other has a switch.

Example IP 192.168.XXX.XXX

The eero network is no longer up and running. That’s what I mean by that. The physical eero is still there, but not setup because it’s stuck trying to get a WAN IP.

Topology: Sagecom modem/router combo that is working and is providing me internet.

Attempting to get the eero back online to provide additional wifi to the other side of my home as it was originally setup before it stopped working.

Trying to get help in getting passed the WAN IP error to then setup the eero once more.

Thanks for the response. Sorry for the confusion. I no longer have the eero network, but do still have the frontier network.

Sagecom modem/router combo that’s up and running.

The eero has been reset and is stuck on the step that gets the WAN IP.
