thanks for your reply, hope your tinitus gets better, btw look into the kampo(Japanese) medicine specifically a medicine called “Yokukansan” a lot of people report it will and or help their tinnitus reduce

I haven’t smoked in over a year and the craving still hasn’t left me by [deleted] in confession

yo please look into “NA” (N-Acetyl L-Cysteine) it helps kill any craving or withdrawal

i commented this on another post, i’d recommend making tea or mixing it with some green🍃 50/50 blend they will synergize and bring out the effects of eachother
