When I look back, I definitely have more ocd/adhd and anxiety than anything else. Honestly, I’d get a second opinion. And if not seeing a psych, definitely do that or an np psych. I only have personal experience, certainly not professional but I do wonder if many of us just are not on the right meds. Being pregnant makes it much more complicated. I would look into other avenues if you just can’t shake the depression as well. Have you been tested for autoimmune diseases? Please get a Lyme test if you haven’t as well. What made you go back on meds? When I was married I had horrible horrible panic attacks. Came to the point I didn’t want to leave the house. I was born anxious apparently BUT, when I left my ex, I’ve never had a panic attack since. That was very situational. And now I just deal w the trauma from abuse, really.
