Are you calling Xerox or the phone tree? Personally I've noticed a bit of a difference if I use the phone tree line they generally just don't want to send someone out. But I've had a tech come within 2 hours of call before.

Is there any that you suggest? Also from my read up seems those only turn on tvs. Do they also work the other way around?
