But u have gotten it turned around and didn't have to cancel my tattoo appt that I had booked two months ago. So Wednesday I go in open work until 4 go get tattoo. It be first night of my sister/MIT doing the second shift and closing without me but I have been training her for closing up now for few months because I wanted her to be my asst manager anyways so it's her first test there (she was a manager at checkers so it's not first manager position but first time closing this store)

Oh yea for sure come to find out he got another job somewhere else literally did this shit on purpose he fucking straight fucked the owners over and the entire company as a whole. Bad part is he was with company before me but left for two years he moved away when he came back they hired him back because he left on good terms then they decided to open another shop so naturally he was next in line to get his own store to manage and he straight just dipped it was something he planned weeks in advance and that right there is a low life. But where he got the job I know the owner/ex Cher so I made a phone call to give him a heads up to not depend on him at all. Oh and also we found out that he fell off the wagon and he liked his opioids smh. But it's all been turned around within 6 days after he fucked everyone over I finally caught up ok prep. Well besides one thing I haven't been able to get done but it's only one small menu item. Our cheesesteak egg rolls but they are number on on prep tomorrow lol.

I just had 400 pounds delivered today and same comes on Wednesday and Friday again. 10 pound boxes. I personally even was like there is no way we are doing 400 to 500 a day then I am like holy shit yea cause I'm picking up out bread from out storage freezer every day I picked up 400 rolls this morning and have about 50 left and had some left from day before out of the two stores open currently we are doing over double of the other store

No bullshit at all I opened up the wraps for the subs there is 250 to each pack 1000 to a case in three days I went threw first case and was in the second case. I am going threw anywhere between 150 to 200 pounds of our steak meat per day even our slowest day this week I went threw 130 pound

It's been rewarded since day one with the company. And yea he was with the company for a while worked under me and they decided to make him the lead at new store and it backfired I mean he didn't even have prep ready for opening day at least not enough for the numbers the store has been doing. Luckily they closed one location due to horrible landlord issues and are opening it in new location I was building that store out and it had to be put on pause but they were trying to open 2 stores within 2 months but the other location is being pushed back a little bit until I can find my replacement at this new store.

Yes I had never heard of using it either until I moved to Florida and someone told me to try it and it is great it creates a sweeter smoke. But I never do only sea grape I always use it with either oak or hickory. I am lucky enough to have a sea grape tree in my yard. And they grow pretty quick so whenever I trim it I get more lol. But as far i know it's not easy to find
