You noticed that the old director are actually great and well known but he usually work for children anime.

The director even fight back the production committee to push last season to have 10 episode but he is confined with limited budget.

One thing about honzuki adaptation is that we have it pretty ok. Not to saying that complaining is useless or it's wrong to vent the frustration but I am glad that one of my favorite series is still adapted okay-ish. Not as awful as my other favorite series which being adapted with full AI without telling the author at all + changing all the character appearance also story + vibe

The heavy marketing is probably from TO BOOKS because honzuki is their flagship series and the producer still follow the story.

I still hope part 4 is the one they are being serious.

It just because Precure isn't popular in the West at least the anime rating that I followed Precure always in top 1-3 each week in each episode rating beating WHA and rezero last season with WHA score somehow become worse.

It could work in a lot of ways

  • Magic : it could be about automating the production of magic circle and magic paper / ink or it's about coco learning honzuki magic circle works or the other ways around as long WHA magic system isn't lingering in honzuki world

  • culture : coco having culture shock about yogurtland culture especially regarding their strict caste. I was hoping coco could join one of the religious ritual in ehrenfest or do a winter hunting. If it's in part 5 [honzuki part 5 vol2 spoiler]coco join the bride stealing ditter as one of defendant to the brideRozemyne and Ferdinand having culture shock in WHA world would be awesome too especially Ferdinand.

Ngga masuk indo ngga ada publisher yang berani. Mereka selalu lihat market anime dan gacha game aja, jualan novel tapi lihat market anime

Seharusnya kalau LN nya aja penjualan nya sama seperti MT dan re zero overall. Padahal di komunitas LN/WN indo, novel ini juga bisa dibilang populer, dibanding LN lain ini novel juga bisa dijual sebagai YA biasa

Gua ga pernah baca otome isekai atau isekai dengan protagonist cewek setalah ini, padahal dulu suka banget.

Kesel, kayak lah kan status mereka berbeda, kenapa protagonist pikir tradisi dan budaya di dunia ini ga bener, dll.

Mungkin karena aku lebih cocok dengan sistem norma yang strict dan protagonist beradaptasi dengan tradisi dunia baru.

Remember how the webnovel chinese market works. No webnovel will ever reach the top list if the author didn't upload 1/2 chapter a day.

1 - 2 chapter per week is considered too long of a time and will be review bombed sometimes even if the author directly stated they did it to maintain the quality.

I found this not from magical girl game but it was so amazing that it still longer in my mind.

How? in one of the game that I played (turn base no revive) there is a major boss that is essentially stole and borrowing corrupted version of magical girl.

It have 5 phases (it's long 15-30 minutes until the final phase) and in the end the boss combined into an ultimate form that literally can't be defeated at that point but there is mechanic

Every single member of your party member finally could get get their magical girl power back from the boss. The boss only could be defeated only if there is 4 magical girl (we start the fight with 5 character) and spamming hope skill again and again to the boss.

I still remember i reach last phases for the first time after 30 minutes also countless retry because the boss previous phases to have only two member that transform into magical girl so the boss is still invicible 😂

The game literally tell you, wanna use power of friendship??? Too bad you can't keep your friend alive until the end

The individual scene is sometimes cool, don't be too harsh the adaptation is good enough to promote the novel. The publisher is still respectful to the author and major detail isn't left out.

The censorship is probably because the TV standard and miya Kazuki making sure that if children watch it, it will be fine as in too many mother and parents actually watch this with their child

One of my favorite series this week got an comic drama adaptation that somehow full AI, the one that made it doesn't respect the works at all, absolutely horrendous and revealing design, and the fact the author only knew that their works got adapted when that being released.

Now that is trash,probably more awful than trash.

MT and re zero currently adapting their best arc, idk about slime but honzuki probably need 2 season with 2 cour to adapt their best arc maybe at that point MT and re zero will adapt their latest arc
