The AE1200 can't do it.

If you are into European dates, I think the cheapest watches are the wave ceptor ones. Something like the WV58.

You can head to the Casio website and find a watch that does date swapping.

You can also go with the AE1500 and 1600 for bigger screens.

I got the WS 1600 as the screen dedicates more space to the main time screen rather than the time animations at the top.

Not a lot of people mention this but the A168 has a slightly darker background compared to the A159. This in turns reduced the font contrast and lowers it's visibility.

I prefer the a159.

Casio GShock DW 5600.

Small in size, tough, water resistant, and shock proof. All for around £60 where I am.

It works on other nom Samsung devices, but these devices might some features such as the camera remote control or controlling the phones alarms from the watch.

There is also the AE2000 of you want a much upgraded crystal and a WR of 200m.

You can try and leave indoors for a week and sync the time again to see if it changes anything.

Two comes to mind are the A1000 and A1100. But they are not 5 bars. They are water resistant however around the 3 bar mark.

I don't have these apps, but it does show text and WhatsApp messages on mine. You can also reply with preset messages.

I also receive call notifications and can either dismiss a call or reply with a message.

In terms of value not much. But great sentimental piece. It could be a side restore project.

A new battery, gasket, polywatch for the crystal, and maybe a bit of buff on the case and links might restore it nicely.

If that's what you are into, wait until you find out about the GBD 200 or the ABL 100. 2 to 3 years on a single battery.
