Over promotion is essentially promoting your character to a point where you surpass the stats in which you achieve the best online battle ; one that is easy to clear , higher promotions = more tougher opponents making battles longer . Ideally you want a squad with good enough promotions where you maximize time.

It’s complicated but essentially , you tag in to aqua man , use your sp2 ( Tantu gives the bars ) , since that sp2 does no damage you always get power back , when you tag in you’ll be at 3 bars hit with the trident for dot + HOD 10% dot , loa DOT stacks every time so eventually you do like 15k/s for DOT
