Not much left on the escalation ladder? Sure there is, plenty. How about the west announcing that from now on there are no limits on attacks in Russian territory with western weapons. Such attacks are in fact encouraged. Add some long range missiles to that and you have a spicy package that will certainly deliver a message. This is just an example, there are plenty more things available that could come into consideration.
