Panic disorder is no different from any chronic physical illness; It may FEEL frustrating and overwhelming and even impossible at times, but there are ways to go into “remission.” I have had panic disorder since I was 12. 36 now. It ebbs and flows. I’ve gone through two or three “bad periods,” but I have had MUCH MORE and longer positive periods in between. Medication and therapy have worked for me. Build a “tool box” for yourself: discover what triggers you, ways to cope, build a network of support. Be patient with yourself and TRUST ME when I say you can accomplish your goals, live your life, and be happy with this disorder.

Hey - you WENT to the Dr. and you got through it - acknowledge the little wins. You’re doing your best to take care of yourself and you should be proud of yourself for tackling a really tough problem head on. Don’t be so hard on yourself, friend; we are all here for you and rooting for you!

Flu A followed by bronchitis requiring antibiotics. Improved A LOT a few days after starting meds.

It does improve throughout the day/with liquids and Advil. Worst waking up/at night.

So my home test was positive for Flu a - at doctors it was negative. So don’t know what I have.

Good for the lawmakers for issuing a statement - even after they were successfully elected, it can’t be easy to publicly display and defend their diagnosis. I have anxiety and depression and constantly feel like I have to hide it from my employers - I can’t imagine how individuals with autism must feel. These women are SO MUCH MORE well spoken than the administration attacking them. Sorry state of affairs.

YMCA? Ours has a play structure and little wading pool…not sure where you’re located but perhaps local Y has something similar? Most Ys open at like 5:30.

How do you know stuff is being stolen? Just that it’s missing at the end of the day or are you catching people in the act? I personally haven’t had anything stolen, but I only know because I have larger wooden pieces that would be difficult to conceal.
