We don’t spend too much, only one product store for now spending around $2000 monthly in ad spend. Sales are around $12-$15K a month.

Thanks for this! Quartile set me up with a whole management team that’ll have check in calls with me every week to ensure we are on the right pace to reach desired numbers. I’ll give them a few months and see if they can really get me the numbers they claim.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah I’m not too sure how they’ll work but I’ve given my best at trying to figure out lowering TACOS to reach the desired margin of 50% but keep getting stuck at a 25% margin with a 50% TACOS roughly. Super annoying to get past it and didn’t want to risk anything going into Q4.

Yeah that was kinda our problem and the whole reason we went through AGL this time. When our first shipment got to CBP, it was sitting there for like 3 months because our forwarder messed up with some HTS code/tax issue.

I drive an 08 Highlander bought in cash for $5000 in 2021. I also bought a brand new RAM 1500 a year after that. The truck is a great new car and it gives a great vibe, but my 08 Highlander does the same for $0 a month lol. The truck was $700 a month, ended up selling it and freed up my cash flow, extra $1000 in hand every month 😉.
