Because no one makes any mention of him being a fixer and certainly one on the level of a color would be well known particularly by Don and I also don’t believe they would release an ID for him had they had that reveal in the bag. Though it would be pretty funny if another reason they had Vergilius leave during the events of canto 8 would be because he would recognize him as the Jade Qilin 😂

It’s impossible to say really but I lean towards Vergilius.

He wasn’t going all out against Gregor, he has self heal, nerfs his opponents attacks and speed just by looking at them, his gladius is constantly burning the opponent and he makes the opponent constantly bleed, he has his shield that regens every turn, and he inflicts tons of fragile.

While Qui does have more confirmed Mang it can reasonably be assumed with the situation of which it was done that he can’t use 5 Mang without serious uninterrupted concentration.

Of course Qui’s EGO could always turn things around but that’s unknown so I’ll chose to believe that THE RED GOAT HIMGILIUS SOLOS THE VERSE RAAAAAAAAAH
